Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your personal data — your CUZN account, or the data associated with a third-party account you connected to CUZN — at any time. Submit the form below and we'll verify it's you, then delete it and confirm by email.

We verify the request comes from you before deleting anything.

What we delete

On a verified request we remove the personal data we hold for you: your account and profile, content and media you uploaded, derived artifacts (transcripts, extracted frames, generated drafts), and the access tokens for any social/analytics accounts you connected — which also revokes CUZN's access to those platforms. Some records may be retained in backups for a short period, or where the law requires us to keep them, before they age out.

Timeline

We action verified requests promptly and within the period your local law requires (and no later than 30 days). You'll get an email confirmation when it's done.
