Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the websites and platform (the “Services”) provided by CUZN Information Technology Innovation Consultants – FZCO (“CUZN,” “we,” “us”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, enable the security controls we require, and are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, evade any platform’s security or ban systems, create fake accounts or artificial engagement, or misuse anyone’s personal data or likeness. We may suspend accounts that do.

3. Third-party platforms & your content

When you connect a third-party account (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) or upload content, you are responsible for complying with that platform’s terms and for having the rights and permissions to the content you publish, including any music, footage, trademarks, or third-party materials. CUZN acts on your instructions through those platforms’ official APIs; your relationship with each platform is governed by its own terms.

4. AI-generated content & likeness

The Services can generate content using AI. You are responsible for reviewing it before you publish. Where a feature applies a person’s likeness or voice, you must have that person’s verified, documented consent (including your own), and you agree to apply the AI-disclosure the relevant platform or law requires. You must not create deceptive, defamatory, political-manipulation, or non-consensual synthetic media.

5. No guarantee of results

The Services provide tools, analysis, and heuristics to help you create and distribute content. We do not and cannot guarantee any particular outcome — including views, virality, reach, revenue, placements, or awards. Any performance estimate or “potential” score is a prediction, not a promise.

6. Fees

Paid features are billed through our payment provider (Stripe), including usage-based charges that pass through third-party costs. You can set your own spending limits; certain limits can only be raised by CUZN. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your content. You grant CUZN the limited license needed to operate the Services for you. CUZN retains all rights in the Services themselves.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, CUZN disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CUZN against claims arising from your content, your use of connected platforms, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate as set out in your agreement; you may stop using the Services at any time and request deletion of your data.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to CUZN’s free-zone jurisdiction in the UAE, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live. (Final governing-law and dispute-resolution terms are pending counsel review.)
