A scroll-scrubbed barbershop film that plays on an iPhone
A single-chair Hamilton barbershop needed a site with the presence of a much larger brand. Hand-built as a static single page with no framework and no build step, served from a Cloudflare Worker on the client's own domain, with a scroll-scrubbed narrative and imagery generated through a credit-tracked pipeline.
The figures
Every number here is countable in the repository or the delivered artefact. Nothing is a projection, and nothing is a percentage improvement over a baseline nobody recorded.

What this does not prove
This section is on every case study we publish. It is the part that makes the rest of the page worth reading.
No performance, traffic, ranking or conversion figures are published, because none were measured.
The barbershop's 4.8-star Google rating is the shop's own rating. It is not an outcome of this site.
The three-chapter scroll-scrubbed film is a concept in progress, not what is live today.
A 3D Gaussian-splat reconstruction of the shop was attempted and did not complete. It stays in R&D.
Your project would get the same page.
Including the section listing what it did not prove. That is the deal, and it is the reason the numbers above are worth anything.
