Manufacturing & industrial

The quality system lives in a shared drive, planning lives in a spreadsheet, and the person who understands both is one holiday away from being a single point of failure.

What the week actually looks like

If none of these are true for you, we are probably not the right fit — and it is cheaper for both of us to find that out on a web page.

  • Certificates, procedures and drawings scattered across drives and inboxes

  • Audit prep that costs a fortnight of somebody senior's time

  • Planning that reacts to shortages instead of anticipating them

  • Knowledge that leaves the building when an experienced operator retires

Where we start

Not the whole platform on day one. These three are the ones that pay for themselves first in this industry, and each one carries its real status.

  • Quality Management

    Service

Controlled documents, non-conformance and CAPA workflows that hold up when an auditor asks to see the record.

  • ERP · MRP

    Planned

Inventory, demand and resource planning that anticipates instead of reacting.

  • Knowledge Management

    Service

Your procedures, drawings, contracts and tribal knowledge made answerable, with the source document attached to every answer.

What comes with it, regardless of industry

These are not add-ons and not a paid tier. They are the substrate every module sits on, and they hold whether you run one module or all of them.

  • Residency decisions fail closed

Where a workload must run is decided before the request is made, not after. EU and UK workloads route to Bedrock in Europe, Australian workloads to Bedrock in Australia. If residency cannot be satisfied, the request does not go out — a second check at the control layer has to agree before anything leaves.

  • No emotion inference

The platform refuses to infer emotion from employees or from voice, and the refusal is enforced in code rather than described in a policy. This is the prohibition in Article 5(1)(f) of the EU AI Act, implemented as a routing error.

  • Your data does not train models

Providers that do not offer zero data retention are on a deny list, and the same commitment is written into the data processing agreement.

The first conversation is about your process, not our software. If what you have already works, we will say so.
