Quotes go out late because the day is spent on site, and the follow-up that would have won the job never happens.
What the week actually looks like
If none of these are true for you, we are probably not the right fit — and it is cheaper for both of us to find that out on a web page.
Enquiries arriving across five channels and answered from none of them consistently
Quoting that happens at 10pm or not at all
Follow-up that depends on remembering
A website that does not show up when someone searches for the trade
Where we start
Not the whole platform on day one. These three are the ones that pay for themselves first in this industry, and each one carries its real status.
Messaging Agent
In buildTurns the traffic across your messaging channels into tasks, deadlines and answers, with reply drafts you approve.
See it on the platform →CRM
In buildContacts, deals and follow-ups that keep themselves current so nothing slips.
See it on the platform →SEO · AEO · GEO
ServiceVisibility in classic search, in answer engines, and in the generative results that increasingly sit above both.

What comes with it, regardless of industry
These are not add-ons and not a paid tier. They are the substrate every module sits on, and they hold whether you run one module or all of them.
Residency decisions fail closed
Where a workload must run is decided before the request is made, not after. EU and UK workloads route to Bedrock in Europe, Australian workloads to Bedrock in Australia. If residency cannot be satisfied, the request does not go out — a second check at the control layer has to agree before anything leaves.
No emotion inference
The platform refuses to infer emotion from employees or from voice, and the refusal is enforced in code rather than described in a policy. This is the prohibition in Article 5(1)(f) of the EU AI Act, implemented as a routing error.
Your data does not train models
Providers that do not offer zero data retention are on a deny list, and the same commitment is written into the data processing agreement.
